Description

Load an image from a tar archive or STDIN

Usage

docker load [OPTIONS]

Options

Name, shorthand	Default	Description
`--input , -i`		Read from tar archive file, instead of STDIN
`--quiet , -q`		Suppress the load output

Extended description

docker load loads a tarred repository from a file or the standard input stream. It restores both images and tags.

Examples

$ docker images
